The Company 

Described as a “multi-experiential beachfront retreat”, this extraordinary beach club on Mykonos seeks to offer experiences that go far beyond the trendy beach scene and nightlife the island is famous for. The complex also features 28,000 square feet of beachside lounges and cabanas. Has a unique yet authentic approach to Mediterranean cuisine and each of the three restaurants offers organic and sustainably-sourced ingredients. The company also offers a host of bespoke concierge services offering island tours, private transportation, helicopter services, private water taxis, golf carts, private security and any other requests guests may desire.

Requirements 

Candidates must speak good English. 2^nd language as Italian or French or Spanish will be considered a good asset.

Must have relevant experience in similar environments.

Positions & Benefits

• Waiters and Head Waiters, initial salary net 1300-1800E/month depending on experience + tips around 500-1000E/week.
• Restaurant hostesses, initial salary net 1400-1600E/month depending on experience + tips around 500-1000E/week.
• Demi Chefs & Chefs de Partie, initial salary net 1400-1800E/month depending on experience + tips around 500-1000E/week.
• Sous Chefs, initial salary net 2000-2200E/month depending on experience + tips around 500-1000E/week.
• Sushi Cooks, initial salary net 1800-2500E/month depending on experience + tips around 500-1000E/week.

Free accommodation offered in shared rooms of 2. Duty meals (2). Contract, insurance.
