Working closely with the Owner you will lead a small driven team of chefs to produce exceptional dishes for which this restaurant’s loyal and discerning guests have grown to love over many years.
You will be responsible for all aspects of managing the kitchen, ordering, rotas, stocks, hygiene, recruitment, training, menu engineering etc.
