The Company

The Role
Be responsible for the various outlets, manage turnover & costs & have an eye for efficiency in operational management. Guarantee quality & growth of the organization (HR, finance & service).

In addition:
– Ensure compliance with the procedures & strive for a high level of service with your team
– Understand the guests at the resort
-Speak to guests & resolve any complaints
– Inspire & guide your guests & the team in all circumstances to ensure the best level of service on the island.
– Responsible for the schedules & planning.
– Work closely with the management & hotel manager & implement decisions
– Have knowledge of the different cost structures within the F&B industry & make decisions based on this knowledge
– Have excellent product knowledge & make proposals for imp

At least 3 years of work experience
Good communicative skills
Creative, Initiative & result-oriented
Planning & organizing

– 1 year contract
– Salary up to 3700E net/month
– 5 days/week, 2 off
