Due to their continued success, and phenomenal growth strategy, this modern and forward-thinking company is actively seeking to appoint a Head of New Business Development to establish and then build and head up the proactive sales team of this iconic London venue.
The Role
The prime focus of this Head of Department role is to provide leadership to the London business development and account management teams and to influence, develop, implement sales standards and behaviours, designed to drive performance, revenue and profitability for the business. Influence, execute and monitor the sales strategy which targets significant growth in the next 3-5 years. Lead, motivate and engage a growing team, realise and bring to life the firm’s sales purpose.
